By accessing or using the Agorix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our Acquisition Intelligence infrastructure, including our predictive signal engine and automated outreach tools.

1. Use of Service

Agorix provides an intelligence layer for identifying and engaging with SMB acquisition targets.

Eligibility: You must be a qualified individual principal, intermediary, or institutional fund representative to use this platform.
Verified Credentials: Access to “1-Click” NDA and Automated Info Request features requires the submission of verified professional credentials.
Prohibited Use: You may not use Agorix to scrape proprietary data, build competing services, or harass business owners or brokers.

2. Platform Tiers & Subscriptions

The Searcher: Provides access to the de-duplicated on-market listing feed and standard filters.
The Operator: Grants access to AI-powered “First Contact” automation, account management for 50+ inquiries, and automated credential verification.
The Institutional Plan: Provides exclusive access to the 82% Shadow Market, succession window alerts, and custom API integrations.

3. Automated Outreach & Agency

By using the Automated Info Request feature (available to Operator and Institutional tiers), you grant Agorix and its AI agents the authority to:

Register accounts on third-party listing sites on your behalf.
Submit your verified credentials to brokers and sellers.
Initiate inquiries to move from discovery to NDA/CIM stages.

Agorix is not responsible for the response time or accuracy of third-party brokers or sellers.

4. Proprietary Data & Intellectual Property

The Predictive Signal Engine, the “Shadow Market” data layer, and all proprietary signals surfaced by Agorix are the intellectual property of Agorix. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these insights for personal or fund-level acquisition purposes only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agorix provides market intelligence and automation tools. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any acquisition made using Agorix data is at the sole discretion and risk of the user. We are not liable for the success or failure of any transaction initiated through the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage policies or engage in suspicious activity that threatens the integrity of our signal engine.
